Lamb-Star’s Utilities process, when used during the early stages of design or construction, can minimize the impact existing underground utilities have on proposed improvements, saving both time and money for designers, contractors and owners. Lamb-Star follows the CA/ASCE 38-02 (Standard Guideline for the Collection and Depiction of Existing Subsurface Utility Data) and has developed internal processes to help clients manage risks associated with underground utilities.
Lamb-Star understands that each project is unique, requiring detailed communication, a working schedule and skilled personnel to complete the project on-time and within budget. The professional and technical staff assembled by Lamb-Star has successfully completed hundreds of projects for cities, counties, water districts, transit agencies, railroads, electric companies, state departments of transportation and private sector clients across the country.
Translating to faster response times for our clients and project owners, Lamb-Star maintains an in-house fleet of advanced utility equipment. Our breadth of experience allows us to make our clients successful by providing them with reliable information to make sound decisions regarding underground utilities.
